Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hair Restoration Clinic of Granite Bay, we are committed to providing exceptional care to every patient. To ensure fairness to all our clients and to allow us to schedule appointments efficiently, please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy below.

No Refunds

All sales of consultations and treatment appointments are final. We do not issue refunds after payment has been completed.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made fewer than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of the appointment charge, at our discretion.

No-Show & Late Arrivals

If you do not show up for your appointment, or arrive late, you may be charged the full appointment fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session so as not to affect subsequent clients; fees remain based on the original appointment length.

Minors

ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN for their consultation and every treatment session. This includes the intake appointment as well.
